Diaphragm Pump NDP Series Air-Powered Double Diaphragm Industrial Pumps (AODD)
Diaphragm Pump NDP Series pumps are the backbone of the industrial line of air-powered double diaphragm pumps (AODD). A unique, patented air-valve design ensures stall-free operation throughout product life. Bolted construction and common component replaceable parts maximize uptime and increase profitability.
SATURNevo (ZGS | ZMS | ZCS)
Integrally produced by ARGAL in its plant located in Italy, they are created by RTM injection moulding technology: parts are manufactured laying long-strand fiberglass mat in moulds before injecting the resin.
The use of fiberglass mat of different weight, texture orientation and numbers, reinforces the structure of the pump in the most mechanically solicited areas and at the same time offers high-quality surface finish and excellent chemical resistance of the wetted surfaces.
FRP SATURNevo pumps are available in three versions: ZGS (long-coupled), ZMS (close-coupled) and ZCS (compact close-coupled).
The design and the inherent resistance of FRP confer to these pumps the mechanical strength that can be compared to pumps constructed with metallic alloys.
The construction available with different blends of epoxy-vinyl-ester makes these pumps resistant to a broader list of corrosive and moderately abrasive chemicals. They can operate for common use and for seawater applications: as an alternative for metallic pumps, they ideally operate in water treatment applications, seawater aquarium, depuration of municipal and industrial wastewater, as well as in general productive processes deploying chemical fluids.
ROUTE (TMR | ZMR)
This series of thermoplastic or fluorinated polymers pumps is available in both magnetic drive setting and mechanical seal for pumping various chemical liquids even if laden with impurities and suspended solids. Mainly by the quantity and quality of these, you can choose the setting that better suits you. A patented system for dry running without damage is available for the magnetic drive version
The mag-drive version features the patented "bi-directional axial self-alignment system" which allows, for the "R" configuration, running dry. The combination of adequate materials of the driving system of the impeller with a specific magnetic field wholly eliminates all frontal frictions that are the cause of breakage when dry running. It is possible to couple standard motors without disassembling the pump.

Submersible pumps made of vinyl ester thermosetting resins, Saturnsub have a high mechanical strength, dimensional stability and an excellent chemical resistance. The electric motor is completely made of stainless steel AISI 316 L or better alloys. They operate for pumping corrosive fluids of industrial processes, wastewater treatment, seawater applications.

Highly resistant to chemicals and corrosive agents, this special pump was designed to run into waste and contaminated water treatments as well as into the heaviest applications. The entire construction made of fiberglass offers a very high resistance, great robustness and a large range of temperatures from – 35°c to +40°c without damaging the casing's mechanical strength. The length of the submersible column varies from 0,5 to 5 m.
